Sclerotherapy

Scleropathy is a highly effective treatment for veins that have become enlarged, uncomfortable or unsightly. It involves injections into unwanted veins with substances that cause the veins to become inflamed. By applying immediate pressure over the site of injections, the opposing walls of the veins are brought together, causing them to stick together and effectively closing the vein. This treatment can be used to treat both varicose veins and spider veins.
